Great advice. The challenge is how to be more human over a digital interaction environment where the opportunity for 'hiding' authenticity and humanity is huge. Of course getting out into the real-world and engaging in a walk in the park, a coffee shop, a beer in the local pub - and wherever people gather. Sharing music is also humanizing. Sport participation is also a place to engage.
