workshop: why it matters to know who you are
Saturday, February 15 with groundbreaking author, therapist and spiritual care facilitator, Robert Falconer
Dear ones, an invitation to something wise, meaningful, and good in uncertain and upside-down times:
Workshop with Robert Falconer: Why it Matters to Know Who You Are.
A bit about our special guest: Bob is an author, psychotherapist, spiritual care facilitator, and pioneer in the areas of healing and human potential. He’s one of the most seasoned and sought-after practitioners of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic model now exploding in popularity, and he’s trained, and continues to train, hundreds of students. Bob has written books I keep within reach, including Many Minds, One Self, which he co-authored with the founder of the IFS model, Dick Schwartz. This short video describes the first of a trilogy of workshops. I wholeheartedly invite you to it.
On a personal note, I have to say I find Bob remarkable not because of his accomplishments, which are notable, but because of what he’s endured while staying upright with clear eyes and a full heart. His work has inspired me to keep going in the darkest of times and his wisdom and skill have improved my life—and countless others’—in immeasurable ways. I hope you find his teachings valuable, too.
For the pragmatists in our community (I am also one), you can anticipate these workshop outcomes:
a practical understanding of the multiplicity of your mind
a strong sense of how this understanding directly impacts your energy, clarity, productivity, and creativity
greater confidence in your capacity to transform self-conflicts into internal cooperation
enhanced skills in lowering anxiety and building self-trust
immediately workable ways to soothe polarizations in your mind that waste energy and thwart your efforts at doing things you long for
FYI, if you’re moved to attend the trilogy of workshops, the discount is 15%.
Come. Learn. Participate. Feel better.
To the good in us,
Sun and Liya
