Workshop: Become your Greatest Friend
Learn More & Apply! / July 17 and 18 / Multi-Sensory and Online
Has anyone asked you the question, “What would your advice to the world be if you were falling off a cliff?
My short answer is: Welcome all of your feelings.1 My long answer is this fundamental truth that changes lives forever and for the better—once we understand its significance. Read it twice, please, for good measure.
In other words, where there was an obstacle—if we notice, listen, and love—suddenly, there is Nothing in the Way.
True, this is easier said than done. But that’s why we designed our Intro Workshop—because the process of liberating ourselves from well-intended but often limiting assumptions should be elegant, easy-to-understand, and actionable. It should be democratized. That aspiration is why I obsessed over the Deep Self Design® method, and it’s why I’m inviting you to collaborate with us now.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll make friends with one (maybe two!) members of your inside team so you can learn their perspective, liberate them from a ‘should,’ ‘must,’ or ‘have-to,’ and feel a little more lightness of being. We’ll give you Essential Concepts for working with your incredible Inner World, along with actionable takeaways you can practice in any given moment.
Yes, you will be exposed to skills I advocated for during my first career: multi-sensory facilitation and gamified thought experiments. These techniques help you explore the Inner World; that’s why they’re included.
You will not be digging deep in front of strangers. We’re teaching you ABOUT your inner operating system—the one running in the background all the time without your awareness. You’ll be learning how and why to D.I.Y. Inner Work, and socializing only what makes sense to share. The wisdom of your internal system will decide how far and where you want to go. Choose your own adventure.
This workshop will leave you with a sense of relief, agency, joy, purpose, and power. That is our aim and the workshop is designed accordingly. :)
What are you present to after reading this? Ask me anything.
To our potential,
Sun
